AOL Whitelist Instructions

What is Whitelisting?

To make sure you don't miss our updates, add The VCC to your address book.
Just follow these simple steps for Whitelisting in AOL.

AOL General

To ensure The VCC e-newsletters reach your inbox:

1. Go to "Keyword Mail Controls"
2. Select the screen name we're sending your e-newsletters to.
3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name"

For AOL Version 9.0

Step 1: Open your latest VCC e-mail.

Step 2: Click the "Add Address" button (on the right side of the window) to add the VCC e-newsletter address to your "People I Know" list.

Step 3: Click "Save" at the bottom of the window and you're finished.

Step 3

For AOL Version 8.0

1. Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.

2. Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.

3. Click Save.

For AOL Version 7.0

In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include both of these domains:
